CityWalk is fully authorized tour operator by the Icelandic tourist board.

The “Free” Classic Tour:
We never cancel the free walking tour. In bad weather we find shelter from the wind for example inside the City hall and Harpa concert hall. We kindly ask our guests to be as dedicated as our guides are, and let us know if you need to cancel. Obviously there is no payment in advance on this tour and therefore no refund possible.

Private Tours and VIP Tours:
These guided tours are paid upfront, the invoice includes a date and time. In case you need to alter the time or date, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you. There is a cancellation policy of 24 hours prior to departure.

Minimum requirements:
Some of our tours have a minimum number of participants to operate. We reserve the right to cancel tours and offer a full refund in case the number of minimum guests isn’t reached. Cancellations are always issued with at least 24 hour notice through e-mail.
