Exclusive VIP Walk
The Exclusive 3 hour VIP CityWalk is designed especially for those who wish to get a more personal touch to their day in Reykjavik. The walk itself starts at the highest point in Reykjavík at the iconic Hallgrímskirkja and is all downhill from there :)! We pass by the most famous landmarks in Reykjavík one after the other. You’ll also see some of Reykjavík’s best hidden street art as we introduce you to local habits, do’s and dont’s. You’ll get the history of Iceland in a nutshell as well as recommendations on restaurants, bars and museums. The idea is to lay the foundation for the ideal trip to Iceland or to wrap up a journey of a lifetime with answers to the questions that have arisen during your stay. By the end of the walk, you’ll have a local friend and you’ve felt like you’ve seen the city in a different light.
The VIP tour is a perfect alternative for those who are worried about the “Free” Tour being too crowded. Naturally the small group tour is more expensive but the included lunch is the real deal in making this tour a unique offer. We’ve teamed up with a great authentic restaurant where we the tour culminates with Traditional Meat Soup in a roll. The soup on it’s own is priced at 1890 kr, which is covered in the price of this tour.
Vegetarians: Please let us know, we will try to offer an alternative.

VIP tour – the best experience!
Marteinn is an excellent guide and owner of the company. We did the tour with coffee and lamb stew. It was the best bargain in town with a 3 hour tour and food that was included that on its own cost more than the tour! He is so knowledgeable and loves sharing his knowledge. Whatever you do never tell him to “Þegiðu” – he has so much to say! Onward

Interactive and small group session with the all new – Exclusive VIP Walk
Wonderful experience and had learn alot from Marteinn! As the group is small, there are more interactions and sharing from different individuals. During the tour, there were 2 stops, which were for coffee and the soup in the bun, which was good and much needed for me (as it was extremely cold). I highly recommend this tour vs free tour. In my opinion, I had gotten more out of this exclusive small group tour 🙂

Great tour, interesting and fun!
On Thursday the 21th, we were the lucky ones to join the brand new VIP tour of CityWalk! Marteinn, or Martin as it is pronounced ;-), took us on a 3 hour tour around the old and new Reykjavik, architectural and historical, showing us a lot of highlights. It was good fun, as Marteinn is not only very knowledgable but also very good company! On top of that, we had a true Icelandic lunch, which was a treat in itself. As for being a VIP, we really felt like one, because in such a small setting, you get ask all the questions you can think of. Best tour in Reykjavik! Thanks again Marteinn!!
